ONE SMALL PROJECT
CAN MAKE ONE BIG
DIFFERENCE

A BIT ABOUT US

We strive to make a positive impact

Here at Bears to Share, we believe everyone can make a difference in their community. We allow volunteers to help their communities by sewing masks for healthcare works, making stuffed animals for children in hospitals, working on projects to help people in need, and much more. Starting in 2018 with just a few young students with big ideas and goals, Bears to Share has grown with 100 different contributors. As a registered 501c3 non-profit, we are ready to support communities and students to help to make an impact.

OUR STORY

THE IDEA

After receiving so much support from the people around them, our founders knew they wanted to give back to their community. But how could 2 youngs students make such a big impact? They decided to start a club at their school to get volunteers to help them give back. Slowly but surely, they came up with project ideas, bought materials, and started Bears to Share.

THE PROGRESS

As more people took interest in the club, our founders decided that they need to go bigger. Bears to Share started holding fundraisers, participating in parades and events, and providing more projects. Students like them, who wanted to give back to their community but didn’t know how, were able to find a group and a place where anyone could make a difference.

THE PANDEMIC

When COVID-19 hit, we knew that wouldn’t stop us. We decided to introduce our mask-making project to provide one of the most critical items during this time of need. We made sure our communities were safe and reassured them that we would always be there for them. In just a few months, Bears to Share was able to donate hundreds of masks to healthcare works and people in need.

THE SUCCESS

So far, Bears to Share has had over 100 volunteers help us in making hundreds of stuffed animals and masks. We have been able to make children in hospitals and medical care centers smile and healthcare workers and people in need safe. Bears to Share is an official registered as a 501c3 non-profit to assure that it can continue helping more communities and make an impact. One mask, one bear, one project at a time, we all can make a difference.
